Lakestone Family Farm will have gold and white beets, eggs, and chicken — whole, thighs, legs, thigh quarters, and feet, all certified organic.

Happy Hooves Organic Farm will have 100% grass fed beef, pasture raised pork (some on sale), and free-range stewing chickens; all Della’s meats are certified organic and fed no soy. Bolton Farms is bringing Boston bibb lettuce, spring mix, lettuce bouquets, parsley, cilantro, escarole, tatsoi, microgreens, kale, Swiss chard, and arugula.

Clearview Farm is bringing certified organic dry beans in three flavors: black, red Merlot, and cannellini (white kidney beans); buckwheat (to grind and make fresh flour); eschallions and eschallion scallions; dried herbs (oregano, dill, sweet marjoram, and Genovese basil); golden and purple-top turnips and maybe even a little bit of fresh rosemary. Growing Family Farms will have tender pea shoots, free range eggs, dried shiitakes, ferments and granola from Small World Food, and Singer Naturals tart cherry juice concentrate. Allens Hill Farm is bringing fodder fed meat rabbits, fodder fed chicken eggs, Ithaca Milk Yogurt, yogurt parfaits made from Ithaca Milk Yogurt and Allens Hill Farm granola, Ithaca Milk Raw Milk Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Apple Cider Molasses, Dukkah, seven varieties of Apple Cider Molasses granola, and all natural baking mixes.
