Creamery processes local milk from Jersey cows that are pasture raised without the use of synthetic hormones, antibiotics or pesticides. All of the grass that the animals consume is produced on the farm either in the form of fresh pasture or bailed hay. Fluid milk, yogurt, cheese, butter, and other dairy products produced in the creamery maintain their quality and nutrition through small batch, low temperature pasteurization methods. Water buffalo are also raised without antibiotics or hormones.
